Accessibility Statement
Access keys
Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing key combinations defined on a web site. These are called "Access Keys". In Windows, press ALT + an access key; on the Macintosh, press Control + an access key.
Pages on leslieannbeckerartist.com define the following Access Keys:
- Access key 1 - Leslie Ann Becker Home Page
- Access key 4 - Google's search and site-search box
- Access key 8 - Pricing and Copyright
- Access key 0 - Accessibility Statement
Standards compliance
- Concerning Bobby, WCAG and Section 508 approval, I can only claim Level 1 and 2 of the WCAG recommendations.
- All pages on this site validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional. If you see a page that does not validate, please let me know and I will fix it immediately.
Navigation aids
- Google's search function is available for the site, BUT, due to an error concerning the robots.txt file, Google will only know about my home page until next month (around mid-October, 2005). What that all means to you is that site-searches will not work very well for the next little while.
- All pages have rel=previous and next links to aid navigation in text-only browsers.
Images
- Most content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. I don't have any images in the markup used simply for page decoration.
Visual design
- This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.
- Pages are also readable without stylesheets.
